Refunds and return

If an item is damaged during shipping, we are happy to replace the item with the same item or something of equal value that we agree on with the customer. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery or we cannot be responsible for anything after that. You can send us pictures of the damage to our email: coco4glasses@gmail.com

If you are unhappy with the product, we accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at coco4glasses@gmail.com with your order. We will email you the address where you return to. We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
We will email you once your return is received and processed.
